My extra weight and my excess bloat have really made it hard..
🕑 Added 2024-02-22 14:42:01 +0000 UTC My extra weight and my excess bloat have really made it hard to breathe. My lungs are working overtime, and I am often out of breath just from simple activities. I have found myself feeling winded and exhausted very often. My breath is labored and heavy, it's like I can feel each breath struggle to escape my lungs. I know that this shouldn't be the case, but I love feeling so swollen and bloated and stuffed full. β€οΈ
