Day 1 - Reconnecting With Your Body
βIf you watch how nature deals with adversity, continually renewing itself, you canβt help but learn.β β Bernie Siegel
Welcome to our 21-Day Meditation Experience, Renew Yourself: Body, Mind & Spirit. Over the next three weeks, weβll build resilience, find healing, and discover that challenging times hold many opportunities for renewal. Together weβll explore renewal through self-healing in three key aspects of life: body, mind, and spirit. Weβll look at these three areas of renewal separately each week, but understand that all three aspects are inextricably connected and operate as a single, holistic, conscious organism.
Today we begin our journey of holistic renewal with the body. We are designed by Nature to be resilient, self-healing, and in balance with the world around us. When we understand how to align our bodies with this universal intelligence, we naturally feel energetic, centered, and continually renewed.
